Universal Glass Cutting Machine, Table model is rugged in construction and equipped with a tiltable head. The machine is made of cast aluminium alloy and stainless steel to prevent corrosion.

The spindle assembly is of stainless steel and is supported on angular contact bearings with ends sealed to give longer life to the bearings. Spindle runout is less than 10 microns thus ensuring extra long life for the diamond saw blade and guaranteeing a smooth cut.

The machine is equipped with a 3 phase, 0.5 HP/1.0 HP motor, 440 volts AC. The tiltable head is supported on precision ground and polished stainless steel arbour with locking arrangement. The support table slides on polished steel guideways.

New Improved Features:

• The cutting machine can now take wheels of diameter of 150, 200, 250mm. The corresponding models being UCS/TM/150, UCS/TM/200, UCS/TM/250.
  
• The sliding table has a longer stroke length. Stroke length being 300mm.
  
• Belt guard covers both sides of the belt and is now made of fibreglass.
  
• Support table slides on polished guideways fully protected.
  
• Special stainless steel guard for motor.
  
• Special attachment for tube cutting.
  
• Special stopper for adjusting stroke.
  
• The front is protected from water spray through a perspex guard.
  
• Spindle housing has now been reduced so that there is more gap between it and the table top.
  
• Stainless steel spindle end is easily accessible for easy dismantling of the wheel.
  
• Wheel guard can be tilted up and down to adjust cutting clearance/visibility and can be locked at any position.
  
• T-slot on sliding table to accommodate any fixture or extra attachment.
  
• Can now be equipped with variable speed drive for other applications like cutting glass, ceramics, plastic, rubber, paper, wood etc., (At extra cost)
