GRINDING MACHINE - TABLE MODEL

The equipment is heavy duty with space saving design and with built in electric motor. The grinding spindle runs on ball bearings with morse taper 3. The spindle speed is adjustable by a variable speed pulley/ by frequency drive

GRINDING MACHINE - HORIZONTAL PLANE

The machine is made up of solid welded construction put on antivibration rubber mounts. The grinding disc is made of high quality gray iron casting, is driven by a flange-mounted motor vertically mounted. Speed is steplessly variable.

The coupling between the motor and the grinding disc is through an intermediate flange with labyrinth seal. The spindle is supported on taper roller bearings and carries a seal to prevent grit and other media from getting into the bearings. The grinding trough is made of fibreglass with provision to drain. The machine is also equipped with a support lever for precision and angular grinding of glass.

Applications:
Equipment is suitable for laping, grinding and polishing of hard materials.
