UNIVERSAL CUTTING SAW - FLOOR MODEL

A high precision machine with rugged construction with a tiltable head, suitable for cutting glass, quartz, ceramics, tubes, rods and other similar materials.

The tiltable head is made from corrosion resistant aluminium alloy supported on hardened and ground corrosion resistant steel/stainless steel shaft. The head could be adjusted and fixed at any portion.

Spindle is made of stainless steel supported on very high precision bearings lubricated and sealed. The machine can accommodate cutting discs with dia 250 upto 400mm.

The spindle with the flanges are dynamically balanced to provide longer life to cutting disc. The cutting table is made from corrosion resistant aluminium and runs on bearings on stainless steel guide shafts. The machine is mounted on antivibration mounts to ensure reliable smooth cut. The machine is also provide with stainless steel tray for chip removal.

Standard Accesories:

• 1 piece water pump with water clearing vessel.
• 2-piece water catch plates welded to the machine sides.
  
• 1 piece longitudinal stop for use on left or right side.
• 1 piece longitudinal stop for cutting tubes longitudinally.

Special Accessories

• Rest for mounting on left side of machine.
• Automatic, steplessly variable feed mechanism for cutting table.
• Extra long water plates to be fixed on the sides of the machine.
• Cutting table made of stainless steel, instead of aluminium.
• Water clearing vessel made of stainless steel instead of steel coating.
• Roller rest with longitudinal stop, water catch plates and an additional rest guide for cutting tubes of more than 140mm diameter. The rollers from wear resistant plastic have service free slide bearings.
